Valley of Flowers with Hemkund Sahib (5N/6D)

Itinerary

1. Day1: Arrival at Haridwar/Rishikesh- Govindghat

   On arriving at the Haridwar/Rishikesh railway station, we will go for a holy dip at Har ki Pauri or sightseeing to Ram jhula, Laxman jhula and continue directly by road to Govindghat. On reaching the destination we will check into the hotel and stay overnight there.

2. Day2: Govindghat- Gangria

   After finger-licking breakfast at the hotel, we will go enjoy a trek to Gangria. It is a delightful trek path with incredible views and a river accompanying you throughout. stay there overnight.

3. Day3: Gangria- Valley of Flowers- Gangria

   After breakfast and refreshing at the hotel, we will go sightseeing to the beautiful Valley of Flowers. It is approximately a 7km trek. The trek will leave you awestruck as it goes through dense forests, along with the Pushpawati river, and can be reached by crossing many bridges, glaciers, and waterfalls on the way. Later, trek back to Gangria. Stay overnight at the hotel.

4. Day4: Gangria- Hemkund Sahib

   After breakfast, we will proceed to seek blessings at the star-shaped Gurudwara Hemkund sahib. We will reach there after completing a trek of 6km from Gangria and is the highest gurudwara of the Sikhs located at an altitude of 4329 mts in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand.  We will also go sightseeing at Hemkund lake. Stay overnight there.

5. Day5: Hemkund Sahib – Gangria- Govindghat

   After breakfast, we will visit the small temple devoted to Lord Laxman, brother of Lord Rama. Later we will trek back to Gangria, and further towards Govindghat. Dinner and stay at the hotel.

6. Day6: Govindghat – Haridwar/Rishikesh

   Post breakfast, check out from the hotel. We will drive back to Haridwar/Rishikesh and will go sightseeing to local places there.
